On Thursday, January 19th, at 5:00pm, we hosted a demonstration on juicing. We were very fortunate to have Katherine Jouan of Simply Organix host the demonstration as she possesses a wealth of knowledge on anything related to health and nutrition. She disussed the health benefits of juicing and gave everyone some fabulous recipes, and some delicious samples. The folks who came brought their questions with them which led to some interesting discussions and alot of fun! There is nothing like watching someone try wheat grass juice for the first time!
